Switzerland Day 2

Today we went up to the top of Jungfrauben (spelling?) and it was really awesome! We packed a picnic lunch to take up to the top with us at brecky (breakfast) and we all walked into town to catch the train that would take us to the top. The ride was of course, beautiful! The mountains and pretty little houses dotting the hills were very pretty and definitely Swiss! The top of the mountain was REALLY high up and I was super dizzy and nauseous it wore off a little bit after I got used to the altitude and ate some chocolate! It was snowing at the top of the mountain and so we were all really enthralled by this! I was in a group with Catherine, Jess, Jamie, Brendon, Damian, Lyndsay, and Maria (Kiwi). They are all really fun and we are all becoming really good friends. We explored on the top of the mountain for a while- there is an ice palace and places to slide down the mountain on sleds. We ate lunch inside and then took the train back down the mountain. Then we wandered through the little town and back to our cabins and took naps and got ready for dinner. Dinner was great, again, and then we hung out at the bar for our final night in beautiful Switzerland. Tomorrow we are heading to Florence to begin our travels in Italia!
